User Guide:
Step 1.1:
Turn the handwheel anti-clockwise to raise the needle to its highest point and raise the presser foot lever.
Step 1.2:
Insert the desired thread bobbin onto the bobbin pin. Pull the thread, angle through the thread disc guide and then pull the thread down through thread guide
Step 1.3:
Make a loop up around wire guide 2, then insert the wire from left to right through the hole of the take-up lever.
Step 1.4:
Pull the thread down again and insert it through the thread hole.
Step 1.5:
Pass the end of the thread through the eye of the needle from front to back.
Step 1.6:
Pull out about 10 cm of thread and place it backwards under the presser foot.
2. Applying the coil
Step 2.1:
Turn the handwheel anti-clockwise to move the needle to its highest position
Step 2.2:
Slide the bobbin cover to remove it.
Step 2.3:
Place a spool in the compartment with the swivel turning clockwise. Pull the thread back so that there is at least 10 cm of loose thread.
Step 2.4:
Hold the end of the upper thread and turn the handwheel counterclockwise with your other hand until the needle is up again.

Step 2.6:
Reinsert the bobbin cover. Pull out about 10 cm of both threads and place them backwards under the presser foot.
Step 3.1:
Connect the mains adapter to the power socket, then plug it into an appropriate socket. Then connect the plug of the foot pedal socket
Step 3.2:
Place a piece of fabric under the presser foot, then lower the presser foot lever to position the presser foot on the fabric.
You are now ready to sew, use the foot pedal to get started!

Things You Should Know Before Claiming Returns
- Customers have to send the item back to our warehouse after the acknowledgment of our customer service
- Customer have to send item via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
- Replacement policy is valid for situations/circumstances given below:
- In case you received the wrong product.
- In case the product delivered to you has some defect or issue.
- However, to Successfully replacement of your product
- Notify within the time limit.
- The product should be undamaged, unused, and in the condition in which it was received
- The parcel contains its original product packaging, manufacturer’s containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories that came in or attached to the product when ordered.
- None of the items mentioned above, including the product itself, is defaced or marked in any way, shape, or form.
A Few More Things To Keep In Mind
We have a checking warranty of 14 days on products that do not have a company warranty but on products that have a company warranty, the 14 days checking warranty from Discounters.pk does not apply. Replacement can take Up to 3-5 days after inspection by the team Discounters.pk.
DELIVERY TIME:
1. After the order has been placed, our (CSR) will call for order confirmation and then the order shall be processed.
2. Delivery is done within 48 hours nationwide and within 24 hours in Karachi from the confirmation time. You can also self-pickup your order from our office at Gulshan-e-Iqbal.

4. The estimated average Delivery time (after the order is dispatched) across Pakistan is 1 working day for Karachi and 2 to 3 working days for other the major cities. For remote areas delivery can take longer.
5. You are requested to be available on the provided contact number for a timely delivery.
DELIVERY CHARGES:
1. We offer Free Delivery for all the orders above PKR. 2500/- within Pakistan.
2. For orders below PKR. 2500, standard delivery rates PKR. 190/- will be charged.
TRACK YOUR ORDER:
1. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
1. For cancellation of Prepaid orders, please contact us within 24 hours after order placement.
2. For cancellation of Cash on delivery orders, please notify our team during call confirmation or automated confirmation system via SMS, Robo call or web.
3. Once the Order is “in process”, it will take 5-7 working days for refund depending on the bank and payment processor used on the order.
