If any problem occurs, please notify us within 7 Days of purchase for Electronic items & 14 days for other items. However, If the product is physically damaged or broken upon delivery, you should immediately notify us within 24 hours WhatsApp at 0310-3339585 so that we can take action immediately.

Things You Should Know Before Claiming Returns

  • Customers have to send the item back to our warehouse after the acknowledgment of our customer service
  • Customer have to send item via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
  • Replacement policy is valid for situations/circumstances given below:
  • In case you received the wrong product.
  • In case the product delivered to you has some defect or issue.
  • However, to Successfully replacement of your product
  • Notify within the time limit.
  • The product should be undamaged, unused, and in the condition in which it was received
  • The parcel contains its original product packaging, manufacturer’s containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories that came in or attached to the product when ordered.
  • None of the items mentioned above, including the product itself, is defaced or marked in any way, shape, or form.

A Few More Things To Keep In Mind

We have a checking warranty of 14 days on products that do not have a company warranty but on products that have a company warranty, the 14 days checking warranty from Discounters.pk does not apply. Replacement can take Up to 3-5 days after inspection by the team Discounters.pk.

DELIVERY TIME:
1. After the order has been placed, our (CSR) will call for order confirmation and then the order shall be processed.
2. Delivery is done within 48 hours nationwide and within 24 hours in Karachi from the confirmation time. You can also self-pickup your order from our office at Gulshan-e-Iqbal.
3. You can inquire about the status of your order by WhatsApp (+92) -310-3339585.
4. The estimated average Delivery time (after the order is dispatched) across Pakistan is 1 working day for Karachi and 2 to 3 working days for other the major cities. For remote areas delivery can take longer.
5. You are requested to be available on the provided contact number for a timely delivery.

DELIVERY CHARGES:
1. We offer Free Delivery for all the orders above PKR. 2500/- within Pakistan.
2. For orders below PKR. 2500, standard delivery rates PKR. 190/- will be charged.

TRACK YOUR ORDER:
1. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
1. For cancellation of Prepaid orders, please contact us within 24 hours after order placement.
2. For cancellation of Cash on delivery orders, please notify our team during call confirmation or automated confirmation system via SMS, Robo call or web.
3. Once the Order is “in process”, it will take 5-7 working days for refund depending on the bank and payment processor used on the order.
