Exchange / Refund Policy
At Discounters.pk, we try to make sure that our customers get the products ordered by them in top condition without any defects. However, if, for any reason you are not totally satisfied with the quality of product, you can exchange or get refund for the same within 7 days of receiving the order under our terms and condition. You can request for refund or exchange by simply sending us a message on our Facebook page or email us at email@example.com within 7 days of delivery of the product.
However, products bought from us can be refunded or exchanged only if they are sent back in their original packing with all the tags and in unused and undamaged condition. A product will not be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances if has been damaged because of improper use or handling.
Terms and condition OF OUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
- All customers who receive a product different from what is ordered stand to receive replacement free of cost.
- The same is true for customers who receive a broken, damaged, or defective product. However, exchange of product is subject to its availability in our stock.
- Customer have to send the item back to our warehouse address after the acknowledgement of our customer service
- In case of refund, courier charges and amount transfer fee will be deduct from refund amount.
- Exchange of a product on account of wrong size is done after its inspection by the team at Discounters.pk.
- Some products such as undergarments, wrist watches, mobile handsets etc are not covered under exchange policy of Discounters.pk.
- Many products carrying warranty from the manufacturer need to be set to respective manufacturers for exchange.
- As you receive any damage or defected product immediately contact our Facebook page and wait at least 12 – 24 hours. Those customer will not be entertained who comments on our Facebook and damaging our image with false talk.
