1. After the order has been placed, our Customer Sales Representative (CSR) will call for confirmation and then the order shall be processed.
2. Delivery is done within 48 hours nationwide and within 24 hours in Karachi from the confirmation time. You can also self-pickup your order from our office at Gulshan-e-Iqbal.

4. The estimated average Delivery time (after the order is dispatched) across Pakistan is 1 working day for Karachi and 2 to 3 working days for other the major cities. For remote areas delivery can take longer.
5. You are requested to be available on the provided contact number for a timely delivery.
1. For cancellation of Prepaid orders, please contact us within 24 hours after order placement.
2. For cancellation of Cash on delivery orders, please notify our team during call confirmation or automated confirmation system via SMS or web.
3. Once the Order is “in process”, it will take 5-7 working days for refund depending on the bank and payment processor used on the order.
Payment Through Cards
1. We aim to provide a safe and secure shopping experience. However, in some instances, we might need some form of payment verification or source to process the order, which will be requested from the consignee through call or email as per the bank’s instructions to avoid any fraudulent or suspicious transactions.
2. Discounters reserves the right to cancel orders if the payment is declined by your authorized payment institution.
1. We offer Free Delivery for all the orders above PKR. 2500/- within Pakistan.
2. For orders below PKR. 2500, standard delivery rates PKR. 170/- will be charged.
